- Multiple, diverse ISP connections.
- Each connection is on two different fibre rings around Chattanooga (for a total of four different paths).
- Main connection is burstable to 1Gb/s upload and 1Gb/s download.
- Redundant connection is burstable to 500Mb/s in each direction.
- One ISP ring connects to Atlanta and the other connects to Knoxville. The paths never overlap.
- A 144 strand, 50 micron, laser optimized, armored fibre loop connecting our main building to our Disaster Recovery Bunker (DRB).
- All fibre conduits are at minimum four feet below the surface; no excavation machinery is permitted to operate within eight feet of any conduit.

- Each chassis has one blade for colocation and one for managed services.
- Managed services and colocation blades are in High Availability (HA) and are capable of picking all traffic with no packet loss in the event of a failure.
Riverbed WAN Acceleration
- Riverbed WAN acceleration is capable of speed increases as high as 10,000% (500Mb/s throughput on a 5Mb/s pipe), though the average is approximately 2,000% (100Mb/s on a 5Mb/s connection).
